Life at Sibylline: Stories of impact

Military service to embedded operations

Luke Brawn’s Sibylline journey

Joining the mission

I joined Sibylline as an embedded GSOC manager for a tech client in July 2022, transitioning after 13 years in the British Army. Sibylline’s culture and values immediately appealed to me, as they mirrored those of the military. This role allowed me to seamlessly transfer my intelligence and management skills into the private sector. While the primary focus of an embedded role is naturally aligned with the client, I greatly valued the wider support from Sibylline’s management and the extensive network of embedded teams.

Investing in growth

When the role of embedded operations manager for EMEA opened, I jumped at the chance to apply my experience in supporting and guiding embedded teams. I was particularly eager to build on and expand the ‘embed network’ and integrate with the in-house analytical team. This collaboration provides a wider pool of resources and experience, making Sibylline’s embedded teams truly unique.

More than profits

As Sibylline continues to grow, I’m proud to be part of a company that retains its ‘small firm’ ethos and empathy in our operations and interactions, both internally and externally. This dedication to maintaining a supportive and cohesive work environment is what sets Sibylline apart, and it’s a significant reason why I am committed to contributing to our shared success.
