Alexandra Wharton serves as the Director of Global Technology and Digital. Based in London, UK, Alexandra joined Sibylline in 2016 and is now responsible for driving global technical excellence. She is passionate about pushing the boundaries of technical innovation in the areas of digital compliance, information management, and the integration of emerging technologies into client and internal solutions.

Alexandra’s previous experience included roles in in online reputation management and technology start-ups which honed her skills in digital strategy and information management. She started her journey at Sibylline on the shop floor, specialising in threat, reputation and issue advancements before working her way up to her current leadership role where she is always focused on continuous improvement. 

Alexandra holds a BSc from the University of Exeter, where she received an honourable commendation for her work on geospatial mapping and data analytical work. Alexandra is also a former Army Reservist with the Royal Wessex Yeomanry, she now serves with the First Aid Nursing Yeomanry, leading key cyber exercises and training for the British Military, specialising in developing IA&O scenarios and tactical training for global military teams. An ambassador for STAMMA, the British Stammering Assocation, and an advocate for women in technology, Alexandra actively works to inspire the next generation of female technology leaders. 

Outside of work, Alexandra is an avid sportswoman, competing in hockey, horse riding, and downhill ski racing, having represented the British Army Reserves in both Alpine and Telemark skiing. She resides in London.
