Alyssa Nayyar serves as Sibylline’s Chief Operating Officer. Based in Arlington (Virginia, US), Alyssa joined Sibylline in 2023 and oversees the delivery of the core business operations. She is passionate about driving excellence and is dedicated to creating a culture where all employees can thrive.

Alyssa started her career in the private security industry in 2015 after leaving the education sector. She held significant roles at Target Corporation, Capital One Financial and Netflix, where she gained extensive experience in building and managing travel security programmes, overseeing global crisis events as a GSOC manager and leading intelligence programmes with a focus on Latin America and the US. She is particularly known in the industry for her expertise in driving continuous improvements in the travel security space.

Alyssa holds a BA in History and an MA in Medieval Studies. Her dedication to the private sector intelligence community is evidenced by her leadership at analyst roundtables within AIRIP and the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC). She appears frequently as a moderator and speaker at industry events, where she shares her passion for inspiring and leading the next generation of security professionals.
