Andrew Wood serves as Sibylline’s Director of Global Finance. Based in London, UK, Andrew joined Sibylline in 2023 where he oversees the financial strategy and operations of the company, leveraging his extensive industry experience to drive growth and innovation. He is passionate about developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Andrew’s career began at Sainsbury’s as a finance graduate, where he spent eight years in various commercial finance roles. He then served as Finance Director at Guinness World Records (GWR), where he worked across the UK, USA, UAE, China, and Japan. A seasoned financial leader, Andrew has a proven track record in delivering innovation and transformation and leading high-performing finance teams that focus on business partnering to drive growth.

Andrew holds the designations of Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), reflecting his professional excellence and dedication to the field.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with family, is a big football fan and enjoys running. He resides in London with his wife and two children.
