Based in London (UK), Andrew joined Sibylline in 2023 and oversees the company’s financial strategy and operations, leveraging his extensive industry experience to drive growth and innovation. He is passionate about developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Andrew’s career began at Sainsbury’s as a finance graduate, where he spent eight years in various commercial finance roles. He then served as Finance Director at Guinness World Records, where he worked across China, Japan, the UAE, the UK and the US. A seasoned financial leader, Andrew has a proven track record in delivering innovation and transformation and leading high-performing finance teams that focus on business partnering to drive growth.

Andrew holds the designations of Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), reflecting his professional excellence and dedication to the field.
