Ben is the Technical Operations Manager at Sibylline. He is based in Sheffield (UK) and joined the company at the start of 2025. Ben is particularly passionate about ensuring that Sibylline’s technology systems are modern, innovative and highly secure, while still allowing ease-of-use functionality for staff and clients.

Throughout his career, Ben has led several high-impact projects, including the deployment of a bespoke Intune-managed tablet solution within UK prisons (HMP). He also contributed to a Ministry of Defence (MoD) working group to establish best practices for managing Microsoft 365 during the handling of sensitive MoD data.
