Grace serves as a Client Success Manager at Sibylline. Based just outside of Seattle (US), she joined Sibylline in 2019. Grace is passionate about collaborating with colleagues to help clients find solutions to their pain points and ensuring continuous improvement of Sibylline services.

Grace has nine years of experience in the corporate security and intelligence field. She began her career as an intelligence analyst at Starbucks, where she provided geopolitical analysis to various departments, including global sourcing, internal audit, public policy, strategy and supply chain. She then joined Sibylline as an embedded intelligence analyst for a multinational social media client, where she was instrumental in identifying, analysing and forecasting risks to the client’s people, assets and operations, before pivoting into her current role.

Grace holds a BA in Comparative Sociology and an MA in Criminal Justice. Grace is active within analyst roundtables and a member of AIRIP and OSAC.
