Greg Hoobler serves as the Director of Global Client Relationships at Sibylline. Based in Arlington, Virgina, US, Greg joined Sibylline in January 2018 in a role where he fosters and maintains strategic client partnerships worldwide, leveraging his years of industry experience and extensive global relationships throughout the security and intelligence industries. He is passionate about developing innovative and customisable solutions for client challenges and looking for unique solutions beyond the standard answers. 

Greg’s previous roles in the industry included time spent working in intelligence analysis and security management at the U.S. Department of State, Google, and Lockheed Martin. At the State Department, he served as a Foreign Affairs Officer with the Overseas Security Advisory Council, leading analytic teams to provide global security information to the U.S. private sector. He is known for his dedication to mentorship and development, and for his ability to connect people across the industry. 

Greg holds a BA and an MA from San Diego State University and is a Board Member of the SDSU Wendy Gillespie Center for Advancing Global Business. His scholarly work includes published research on international communication and conflict resolution. Greg founded and chaired the D.C. Analysts’ Roundtable, a professional organisation for intelligence and risk analysis practitioners across both private and public sectors, and he remains active in the community helping to oversee events and lend wisdom and support to the next generation of leaders. 

Outside of work, Greg is an avid auto-racing enthusiast. He resides in Arlington, Virginia, with his wife and their three cats.
