Ivon is a Client Success Manager at Sibylline, where he works closely with clients to help them navigate complex risk and intelligence challenges. He is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan and joined Sibylline in March, 2026. He is passionate about building strong client relationships and helping organizations make better-informed decisions in an increasingly complex global environment.

Before joining Sibylline, Ivon built his career across consulting, account management, and client advisory roles. Most recently, he was a Management Consultant at Boston Consulting Group, where he supported clients on complex strategic and operational challenges. Prior to that, he held client-facing roles at a global manufacturing leader and multi-national technology provider, managing national accounts, driving revenue growth, and helping organizations translate data and business priorities into actionable decisions. Across each role, his experience has centered on trusted client partnership, structured problem solving, and delivering measurable results

Ivon holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a BS in Political Science from The Ohio State University. His educational background has provided a strong foundation in strategic thinking, leadership, and problem solving, which continue to shape his approach to client partnership and complex decision-making

Outside of work, Ivon enjoys gardening, fitness, and being outdoors. He especially values spending time with his wife, Presney and toddler son, Jupiter.
