Jack Nott-Bower
Associate Director of Training, Consulting, and Knowledge
Jack Nott-Bower is the Associate Director of Training, Consulting, and Knowledge at Sibylline. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Jack first joined Sibylline in 2016 and now oversees the development and implementation of training programs, consultancy services, and knowledge management initiatives. He is passionate about developing trainings that help teams improve their expertise across a wide range of topics within intelligence and security.
Prior to joining Sibylline, Jack specialised in Latin America at two other risk advisory firms in the UK. His extensive experience at Sibylline included working as in-house intelligence analyst, an embedded consultant for a fintech client, and senior leader across all major product lines. From 2019 to 2021, Jack took a two-year interlude to work with Interpol’s Counter-Terrorism Directorate in Lyon. There, he contributed to a team monitoring foreign terrorist fighters in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions and later joined a joint program with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime to deliver analytical training for law enforcement officers in South Asia.
Jack is a Member of the Security Institute and holds an MSci in International Relations and Global Issues from the University of Nottingham. Jack possesses professional qualifications in Security Management (SyI), Criminal Intelligence Analysis (Anacapa), and Leadership (ILM). Jack is also fluent in Spanish.
Outside of work Jack enjoys exploring the mountains, relaxing with his family in Europe, or indulging in the nearest Latin American food joint. He resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife.
