Kevin Peterson joined Sibylline in 2026 as a Strategic Adviser. Based in Berlin (Germany), he focuses on strengthening Sibylline’s advisory capability across Europe and Africa, translating three decades of national security tradecraft into practical guidance for corporate clients.

Kevin spent 28 years in the Canadian government’s national security sector, most recently serving as a senior representative in Berlin directing intelligence and security operations across Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Earlier postings included counterterrorism-focused deployments to Afghanistan, and Africa, and service with the Canadian Armed Forces.

Kevin holds a Master of Arts in War Studies from the Royal Military College of Canada, a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Geology from Acadia University, and is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) through ASIS International. He speaks English and French and is currently engaged in a passionate, albeit entirely one-sided, relationship with the German language. Although his current speaking style can best be described as “enthusiastically incorrect,” he practices daily in the belief that consistency beats case.
