Kit is a Client Success Associate at Sibylline, where she works closely with clients to help them navigate complex risk and intelligence challenges. She is based in Washington, DC and joined Sibylline in October, 2024. She is passionate about building strong and genuine client relationships and helping organizations make better-informed decisions in an increasingly complex global environment.

Before joining Sibylline, Kit developed her career across SaaS software sales, business operations, and client development roles. Most recently, she was a business development and client management operations representative at Base Operations, where she supported the startup with educating the industry on their street level intelligence and building some of the company’s very first partnerships. Prior to that, she held client-facing roles at a global patient management software company, driving revenue growth, collaborating with internal teams, and helping organizations translate data and tech capabilities into business success. Across each role, her experience has centered on developing trusted and genuine client relationships, creative problem solving, and delivering high level results.

Kit holds an MBA and a BBA from Shenandoah University. Her educational background has provided a strong foundation in strategic thinking, leadership, and problem solving, which continue to shape her approach to client partnership and complex decision-making.

Outside of work, Kit enjoys watching and playing sports, whipping up creative cocktails, and traveling the world. She especially values spending time with her fiance, Martín and the rest of her large family.
