Leo is Sibylline’s Intelligence Delivery Lead based in New York City (US). Leo joined Sibylline in May 2022 and is passionate about making sure that all Sibylline’s products meet the highest standards and accuracy for clients.

Leo is responsible for the quality control and editorial oversight of Sibylline’s WRR products. He leads on all matters related to reporting thresholds and house style, working with senior management to enhance output by drawing up guidance for standards.  He previously worked as Sibylline’s Dangerous Organisations and Individuals Analyst and regularly drafted products focusing on the threat posed by terrorist outfits and individuals, including Sibylline’s Extremism Quarterly (now Extremism Watch). He often briefed clients on the threats posed to their US-based staff and operations by far-right and -left entities, among others.

Leo completed his A-levels in Edinburgh (UK). After taking a year out working at an international school in Shanghai (China), Leo gained a 2.1 in Social Policy and Criminology at the London School of Economics. In addition to working at various bars and restaurants, Leo interned at HarperCollins Publishers, before joining the Royal Air Force (RAF) as an intelligence officer in 2014. After the RAF, Leo worked as a travel security content editor at International SOS.
