Nick Ekendahl serves as the Director of Global People Sibylline. Based out of the London Office, UK, Nick joined Sibylline in 2021 where he is responsible for building and leading Sibylline’s global Human Resources function. He is passionate about organisational design and development, team building, and enhancing leadership and management effectiveness.

Nick’s previous roles include 20 years of global HR experience where he worked extensively in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. His background spans HR consultancy across various sectors, including Financial Services, Technology & Manufacturing, Retail, and Consulting.  

Nick holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wales, Cardiff and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, an ICF-accredited Co-Active coach, and a member of the Human Synergistics Global Change Circle. 

Outside of work, Nick is an avid boater and travels frequently to support his son’s international rugby career and to visit extended family. He resides in Buckinghamshire, U.K. with his wife and son.
