Rafael has over ten years of experience as a Latin America analyst, leading research and investigations across the region using multiple methodologies that best answer client questions.

Rafael has a BA in International Relations from the Pontifical University of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) and an MA in Security Studies from Georgetown University (US).
